Technical Specification of Horizontal Rail Bender

1. The rail bender machine shall be suitable for pre-bending of grooved rail type R159N and flat bottom rail type S49. The rail has minimum tensile strength of at least 685 N/mm2.

2. The rail bender machine shall be suitable for bending or straightening the above mentioned rail types depending of the moment of inertia of the rail profile.

3. The unit shall be capable of bending single curves and reverse curves without turning the rail of the unit.

4. The rollers of the machine shall be easily and quickly changeable with other roller types according to the rail section to be bent.

5. The machine shall have an accurate measuring device to allow for precise and constant control of the work.

6. The rail bender machine shall be of the stationary type.

7. Engine type: Electric Motor

8. Minimum bending radius: 18 meters

9. Output: 10 meters/minute

10. The seller shall provide the buyer with all the necessary technical specifications and manuals in English.

11. The seller shall submit foundation drawings and installation instructions in English.

12. The seller shall undertake to train at least one operator.

13. The seller shall provide the guarantee terms and conditions, After Sale Services and complete lists of Spare Parts for three years and the cost thereof.
